Sharing, understanding, creating... with nature as your guide

Workshops to make learning fun

Make fougasse over a wood fire, discover the footprints left by animals, transform leaves into works of art, try your hand at writing with a pen…

Every Thursday throughout the summer, the nature workshops are a practical and fun way to connect with living things.

Designed to be accessible to all, they combine observation, creation, simple gestures and ancient know-how.
Each session focuses on a different theme, linked to nature and the cycles of the seasons, in a friendly, participatory atmosphere.
You can touch, make, taste, ask questions… and above all, you’ll leave with an experience to tell, or a little treasure to take home.

A lively, committed venue open to all

Just a stone’s throw from the village of Dégagnac, the Maison de la Nature is the beating heart of the Jardin Bourian. This inspiring site, run by the Jardiniers Bourians association, hosts projects all year round focusing on biodiversity, natural gardening and education. There’s an educational garden, shaded areas, corners to explore, simple materials… and a real desire to share.

The workshops take place outdoors, on the terrace or in the garden, sheltered by tall trees. It’s a great way to spend some time in nature, in a welcoming setting that’s conducive to discovery and sharing.

They are offered every Thursday from 4.30pm to 6.30pm, from 17 July to 14 August 2025.
Price: €12 per person / free for children under 6.
Bookings must be made with the Tourist Office on 05 65 27 52 50 or at our reception offices in Cazals, Gourdon and Salviac (places are limited).
