Quercy Outdoor Pedal between Lot & Dordogne

Bike and gravel area

Welcome to an area made for cycling.
With Quercy Outdoor, get on your bike and set off to discover an area where every itinerary takes you between the Lot and the Dordogne, through country roads, picturesque villages and unspoilt countryside. Whether you’re cycling for pleasure, with the family or for performance, here, every pedal stroke rhymes with escape.

Gravel course

For lovers of freedom, back roads and forgotten paths, gravel is the ideal way to discover the region in a different way. With hamlet crossings, gravel stretches, country roads and detours to local cafés and village bakeries, the Quercy region can be gently revealed.
Here, each route combines heritage, nature, charming villages and a variety of itineraries, for outings punctuated by curiosity and instinct. Ideal for those who like to get off the beaten track… without straying too far from civilisation.

Family cycling

The Quercy region is also easy to explore by bike. For families, the cycle routes and little-travelled secondary roads offer the perfect setting for cycling together, in complete safety.
The routes are designed for young and old alike, with gentle gradients, points of interest to discover and practical services along the way. And if you don’t have any equipment, don’t worry: you can hire bikes in the area.
It’s a simple, pleasant way to enjoy the countryside, get some fresh air and go out at your own pace.

Sport bikes

For experienced cyclists, the region offers demanding, undulating routes, punctuated by steep climbs and long, rolling stretches.
The route of the 2024 Tour de France will pass through here, proving that the Quercy is also a land of sporting cycling. The scenery has to be earned, but the views, the quiet roads and the pleasure of a well-executed effort are all part of the experience.
And if you’re feeling light-headed, there’s everything you need: repair points, recharging stations, rest areas… All you have to do is follow the road.
